An accident occurred around 4:00 PM on Provincial Road 68 in the Palmas Arborea area. A car, for reasons yet to be determined, violently collided with a scooter.

The motorcyclist was thrown to the ground several meters away. Emergency medical services responded to the scene and transported the injured rider to the hospital by ambulance.

Law enforcement and firefighters were also on site and secured the vehicles and the area.
