A boy in life-threatening condition was urgently transferred from Cagliari to Milan.

A young man was urgently transferred this afternoon from the Brotzu hospital in Cagliari to the San Raffaele hospital in Milan.
The transport took place aboard an Italian Air Force Falcon 900.
The flight was activated at the request of the Cagliari Prefecture to the Situation Room of the Milan Air Force Command, which immediately contacted the 31st Wing at Ciampino. After completing all necessary procedures by the military crew, the Falcon took off from Ciampino Airport for Cagliari Elmas in the early afternoon, where the young man was immediately boarded along with a medical team who assisted and monitored him throughout the flight.
After landing at Linate, the patient was transported by ambulance to the Milan hospital . The aircraft and the Italian Air Force crew then returned to Ciampino Airport to resume operations.
