Stalking, aggravated assault, and robbery. These are the charges facing an 18-year-old arrested by the Oristano State Police, following a warrant issued by the investigating judge.
The investigation, conducted by officers from the Flying Squad, allowed them to reconstruct a series of harassing and violent behaviors carried out by the suspect towards his underage ex-girlfriend and another minor who had begun dating the girl.
According to the investigation, the young man allegedly subjected his ex-girlfriend to constant surveillance of her private life, restricting her personal freedom through obsessive behavior, jealous outbursts, threats, insults, and even physical aggression. This behavior continued even after the relationship ended.
The officers also documented numerous intimidating and aggressive incidents against the girl's new partner, which also culminated in repeated physical attacks that required the victim to seek medical attention.
At the conclusion of the preliminary investigation, the judicial authorities therefore ordered the suspect to be placed under house arrest, with an absolute ban on any form of contact or communication, direct or indirect, with the injured parties.
