Sardinia focuses on training: three masters for excellent professionalism

Three masters , respectively in the fields of cybersecurity, aerospace engineering and human resources, entirely financed by the Region with a total contribution of 250 thousand euros for the training of students, employees and young people seeking employment.
These are the advanced training courses resulting from the agreement between the Labor Department , through the Sardinian Agency for Active Labor Policies, Aspal, and the University of Cagliari in one case and the Aerospace District of Sardinia in two others.
"We are trying to create the job chain that starts from training and ends, in fact, in the world of work and also through training we wanted to encourage the participation of the employed and the unemployed, providing three entirely free and highly current training courses for Themes dealt with ”explained the Labor Councilor, Alessandra Zedda .
"Both in the case of the courses in cybersecurity and in aerospace systems engineering which features a center of excellence at an international level, the Aerospace District of Sardinia, and in the case of the university master 's degree in human resources management being activated by the 'University of Cagliari, we wanted training to meet the demands that are coming from the job market at the moment ".
Still on the higher education front, the Labor Department is preparing for another important step concerning the " Sardinia HVET " High Level Professional Training Program.
During the meeting, Zedda explained that the final analysis of the 56 courses proposed by a series of Public Administrations, including the two Universities of Cagliari and Sassari, will be completed within the week.
"The Region has made available 1 million and 700 thousand euros , we hope that all deserving projects can be validated and can obtain funding", explained the representative of the Giunta Solinas.
The intent of the Sardinia HVET Program, in particular, is to promote high-level professional training to allow workers and the unemployed to acquire knowledge and skills to achieve high levels of specialization corresponding to the European Qualification Framework. EQF 6, 7 and 8.
