"Even if we look at a short time frame, we see that compared to six months ago, rates in Italy have decreased by 3.9% . However, it's still too early to predict the trend in the coming months."
Looking at the report's figures, we see that, in absolute terms, the most expensive Sardinian province is Cagliari, with an average premium that, despite a 5% decrease, still stood at €561.50 . In second place is Sassari, which, despite recording a 10.5% decrease in car insurance rates, still has an average premium of €493.21; Nuoro follows with €493.09, a 2.1% decrease from a year ago.
Oristano, a Sardinian area, closes the provincial rankings, where rates increased by 2.1% year-on-year, to €462.07.
