Spotlights on the Lingotto on the stand reserved for the island at the Turin Book Fair which celebrates the 35th edition.

The Sardinia Region has been chosen as host region as announced in today's press conference to present what is one of the European reference fairs for publishing.

The president of the AES - Sardinian Publishers Association, Simonetta Castia , comments: "We are happy to have contributed to the crowning of a goal that rewards the almost constant presence of Sardinian publishers, the Sardinia Region and the AES since the first edition in 1988. Now all that remains is to work in harmony and through a concerted effort, to develop an organic cultural and event program that meets expectations. Sardinian publishers will be there, with their usual passion and enthusiasm”.

The Book Fair will be held from 18 to 22 May in the halls of the Lingotto Fiere in Turin.

In a perfect conjunction with Albania, this year's host country, the Adriatic and the Tyrrhenian Sea will ideally unite, further enhancing the extraordinary Mediterranean culture. Therefore, the Lingotto will not miss the exhibition space centered on Sardinia, an island that contains infinite stories handed down over time and which is preparing to tell them to the public of the Salone together with the initiatives and projects supported by the territory in the publishing and cultural sector.
