«Before promoting the territory - claims the creator of the initiative Isabel Vera - it is necessary to know it, respect it, love it: in other words, enhance it. Only then can tourism, a key factor, create truly intercultural exchanges."

A comparison between scholars and experts representing the Mediterranean islands. «The main objective of the event – adds Isabel Vera, born in Tenerife, an entrepreneur who has long been committed to enhancing relationships between different realities of the Mare Nostrum and beyond – is to create a network and promote the cultural values of the Atlantic islands and of the Mediterranean, the islands of Europe."

The Forum will develop with these themes: internationalization and cooperation policies for cultural and territorial promotion, good practices to promote social integration and island identity, transport and insularity, new models of territorial continuity, innovative models of sustainable tourism.
