According to the Total Audience released by Auditel, 13,575,000 viewers watched the fourth evening of the 75th Italian Song Festival.

The first part, from 9:15 p.m. to 11:29 p.m., was watched by 16,700,000 people with a 69.2 share. The second part, from 11:35 p.m. to 1:29 a.m., was watched by 9,900,000 viewers, equal to 74.1 percent.

The peak of audience at 9.57pm with 18 million, the share at 1.24 with 76.1 percent.

Tonight the grand finale: on stage alongside Carlo Conti, there will be co-hosts Alessia Marcuzzi and Alessandro Cattelan, fresh from the Dopofestival experience. Mahmood is back and will present his new single.

The evening will open with DJ and producer Gabry Ponte who will bring Tutta l'Italia (Sanremo 2025) to the stage, his latest single chosen as the official jingle of the event.
On stage all 29 songs by Big, subjected to the judgment of Televoting (34%), Radio Jury (33%) and Press Room (33%). The result will be added to the overall result of the first three evenings to obtain a ranking: from 6th to 29th place in order of placement, the first 5 in random order.

New vote on the top five with Televoting (34%), Press Room (33%) and Radio (33%): the result will be added to the overall result of the previous votes (first, second, third and fifth evening), to determine the final ranking and therefore the winning song which will be announced at 1.30.
Antonello Venditti receives the lifetime achievement award. Guests include Edoardo Bove, the 22-year-old Fiorentina midfielder who underwent surgery for the application of a defibrillator after feeling unwell on the pitch, and Vanessa Scalera for her Imma Tataranni, on Rai1 from 23 February with the third season. Alberto Angela will also be there.
In Piazza Colombo, on the Sukuzi stage, Tedua sings, while Planet Funk performs via live link from the Costa Toscana, moored off the coast of Sanremo.
