The magic of classical music in the enchantment of dawn over the sea of La Cinta. This morning, maestro Paolo Zanarella made this gift to the community of San Teodoro, who accompanied the sunrise with his piano in front of hundreds of people enraptured by a unique atmosphere.

The event, organized by the Musiklab Academy with the patronage and contribution of the Municipality of San Teodoro - Department of Culture, Tourism and Entertainment, is entitled "The pianist out of place" but the Paduan maestro this morning, with his feet on the sand and the background of the waves on the shoreline, he just seemed to be in the right place at the right time. His performance today is only the latest of many that the composer has been proposing for years in various Italian cities, giving those who meet him timeless moments. His en plein air concerts are the emblem of the disruptive force of music that wants to come out of its palaces and envelop all people with its magic.

Zanarella wanted to free classical music from institutional contexts and share with anyone the emotion that a piano can give with its power and kindness. His love for music overflowed the levees of concert halls so that everyone could vibrate with the healing power that the notes of a piano have. Play the music of the heart and give it back to those who cannot easily attend a concert hall.

Also this morning, in the splendid morning setting of La Cinta, his notes took shape from the sincere gaze of the people sitting around him, from the sleepy faces of the children sitting on the sand, and he transformed every touch on the piano into an instant of magic. This is how he plays, everywhere, around the most hidden corner, in the square of the ancient village, in the great via del corso, above a bridge or a dam, along a mountain path or in the center of the city.

Paolo Zanarella is a musician and composer expert in piano improvisation. He has thousands of concert performances to his credit and the publication of 7 albums of personal piano compositions. His repertoire also ranges from classical to modern music up to covers interpreted with a unique and unmistakable style. This morning's concert is the last of the 3 appointments of the 12th edition of the "Musica in Crescendo" International Festival which brought top-level artists to the center of Gallura such as the Piccola Orchestra Goganga, which performed on 11 June with the Tribute to Giorgio Gaber and Enzo Jannacci, and the wonderful concert by the pianist and composer Nicola Piovani on 21 July.
