Rossano Putzu, 71, from Serrenti, is known to all as "the genius of the rotisserie." For years, he has been bringing a piece of authentic Sardinia—the culinary art—around Italy and the world. He does this by building special artistic rotisseries capable of cooking dozens of pigs at once.
