Rossano Putzu, 71, from Serrenti, is known to all as "the genius of the rotisserie." For years, he has been bringing a piece of authentic Sardinia—the culinary art—around Italy and the world. He does this by building special artistic rotisseries capable of cooking dozens of pigs at once.

He's created hundreds of them, from Valentino Rossi's motorcycle with the number 46 to Ferrari. And he's not just about motorsports; one of his latest creations is inspired by the Giants of Mont'e Prama.
