Jasmine Paolini is in the final at Roland Garros. The Italian got rid of the 17-year-old Russian Mirra Andreeva in two easy sets with a score of 6-3, 6-1 .

Game never in question, clear dominance by Paolini. Jasmine immediately took off to lead 4-1, that single break obtained in the fourth game decided the first set. In the second set , the young Russian literally dominated, as she felt the tension and burst into tears several times during the match .

Paolini will face the Polish world number 1 Iga Swiatek in the final on Saturday, who has won three of the last 4 editions of Roland Garros and today got rid of the American Gauff with a score of 6-2, 6-4.

There have already been two finals of the Parisian Slam with the Azzurri involved, given that Bolelli-Vavassori have reached the last act of the doubles tournament .

And tomorrow there are two more semi-finals with Italy as the protagonist: the women's doubles with Paolini again flanked by Errani (against Kostyuk-Ruse) and the men's singles with a match that promises sparks between Sinner and Alcaraz .
