On 27 and 28 March Ristoamare returns to Cagliari, the event dedicated to the hospitality sector in Sardinia, organized by La Rosa dei Venti, a consulting and sales agency in the Sardinian food & beverage market.

"After two years of forced break where hotels, bars, restaurants and all the establishments that meet the needs of away from home have suffered, we can now reschedule the new season in safety and with better sales prospects", said Davide Pisano, sole director of society.

The two days will be held at the T Hotel in Cagliari, in a space of over one thousand square meters, more than 50 exhibition spaces that will welcome international, national and regional companies that deal with food & beverage, services and accessories for hospitality in Sardinia. .

In this edition, a room will be dedicated to hospitality services: from cleaning to marketing, from management applications to equipment.

"We are defining the participation of the public partners who will grant the patronage, with the sponsors and supporters who, in addition to supporting the event, will present their services to visitors and we already have a calendar of initiatives in the congress hall where companies will carry out show cooking and seminars dedicated to those who offer hospitality in Sardinia ”, he added.

Among the protagonists, in addition to the companies, also the trade associations that will intervene in the debates, the professional associations that will assist the exhibitors and present the training offers and the hotel establishments that, with their students, will carry out school-work alternation activities.

"The sectors that we want to enhance are two: trade and tourism, firmly linked, especially in our island and which need a renewed commitment and impulse so that economic actors, and not only, can produce income and promote quality" he concluded Pisano.
