The long-awaited meeting between the Region and the Government on the revenue dispute has been scheduled.

Alessandra Todde is expected at the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) in Rome on November 20th. Along with Budget Councillor Giuseppe Meloni, she will meet with Economy Minister Giancarlo Giorgetti to discuss the debt owed by the Sardinia Region to the State for lost revenue from tax co-payments.

This involves 1.7 billion in resources that have not been recognized in recent years by the Region , which hopes for a short-term agreement to plan new resources to be included in the 2026 budget.
