Rental fees are growing in Sardinia. But without shocks: in the first half of 2023, compared to the last six months of the previous year, the largest increase recorded on the island was that relating to studio apartments in Sassari, +6.2%.

In the capital of northern Sardinia, however, three-room apartments were stable, while two-room apartments recorded a +2.2%.

In Cagliari increases without surges: single-room and three-room apartments increase more, by 4.5 and 4.2 percent respectively. Two-room apartments were a little less so, with a growth of 3.8 percent.

These are some of the numbers in the report from the Research Office of the Tecnocasa Group.

The figures confirm themselves more or less in line with the general market trend.

In Oristano, studio apartments are growing by 3.6 percent, three-room apartments by 1.4 percent, and two-room apartments are almost stable with an increase of 0.6 percent.

The highest rents are recorded in Olbia: one thousand euros for three-room apartments in the Bandinu and Ospedale Nuovo areas.

In Cagliari the maximum is 900 euros for three-room apartments especially between San Benedetto, Teatro Lirico, Piazza Repubblica, Villanova La Vega.
