After the 14 sold out shows in March in the arenas of Florence and Rome, and the summer doubles at the Arena della Vittoria in Bari and in Piazza del Plebiscito in Naples, Renato Zero returns live to Sardinia, where fans have been waiting for him for 26 years. The artist will bring his music to the stage of the Forte Arena in Santa Margherita di Pula for two shows of AUTORITRATTO - THE CONCERTS EVENT: the first date on Friday 19 July is sold out, there are still tickets available for Saturday 20 July.

«Returning to receive love from this land that hasn't embraced me for many years will be a great moment – said Zero – I want to get excited and excite my audience who have been able to wait for me with unchanged patience for so long. Appearing on the scene is like a new baptism every time, between the need to demonstrate to myself that I have grown and that of always giving the public something of my own that is surprising, hopefully, and capable of dealing with the reality today. For these concert-events I opted for the essential, not because I want to offer less to the public, but because synthesis is reasonably part of the maturation process of a man and an artist, and I believe the time has come - even the times they suggest - to take a look at important and profound things, at messages that are truly incisive".

AUTORITRATTO - THE EVENT CONCERTS is the opportunity to listen live, alongside the songs that have marked Renato Zero's more than fifty-year musical career (between great classics and rare pearls) , the songs contained in the latest album "Autoritratto", published in last December for Tattica and certified Gold Record. Zero, who conceived, wrote and directed the show, will be joined on stage by a band composed of: Danilo Madonia - musical direction, keyboards and piano; Lorenzo Poli - bass; Lele Melotti - drums; Bruno Giordana - keyboards and sax; Rosario Jermano - percussion; Andrea Maddalone - guitars; Fabrizio Leo - guitars, and a 10-voice choir. Set design by Igor Ronchese and Gigi Maresca, light design by Francesco De Cave and visuals entrusted to the direction of Younuts! (Antonio Usbergo and Niccolò Celaia).

After the concert-events in Santa Margherita di Pula, the autumn tour will begin in September starting from the Unipol Forum in Milan (where Zero is preparing a big three-date party to celebrate his birthday on the city's stage for the first time Milanese), before reaching the sports halls of Turin, Livorno, Bologna, Mantua, Pesaro, Perugia, Eboli, Messina and closing with the double in Rome.
