Regionals, the Sardinian center-right parties: "The candidate cannot be decided in Rome"
The confrontation in view of the elections scheduled in 9 months is inflamed: «Psd'Az, Reformers and civic lists 4 years ago took 27%». And Solinas? «Stay on track»Per restare aggiornato entra nel nostro canale Whatsapp
It cannot be a Roman table to choose the center-right candidate for the next regional ones. It is the position of those political forces of the coalition which are not sitting at that table, but which will make a difference on the electoral result. The centrists of Peru and Tunis, the Reformers, but also the Sardinians themselves, do not believe in a top-down solution as a result of an agreement between the Brothers of Italy, Lega and Forza Italia. It will be impossible not to take into account the Sardinian parties which are traditionally able to catalyze important slices of consensus on the island.
The strength of the Sardinian parties
The local partisans rattle off the numbers. The deputy leader of the Psd'Az group Giovanni Satta recalls that 47% of the centre-right is due to " parties that have their heads and hearts in Sardinia, Psd'Az, the reformers and civic lists obtained 27% ". For this reason "it will not be a Roman table to choose the candidate for governor from above". And Solinas, «as outgoing president, remains on track» .
Antonello Peru (Sardinia at the 20Venti Center) follows the same line: « Sardinians are mature enough, free and aware to choose . But before the name we have to tell the program, what is our idea of Sardinia and what model of development we propose».
