After the presentation of the lists and, this morning, of the gubernatorial candidates in the Court of Appeal in Cagliari , the dispute officially opens in view of the vote on February 25th .

In the running are Paolo Truzzu (centre-right), Alessandra Todde (Campo Largo with Pd-M5S traction) and Renato Soru (Coalizione Sarda) and Lucia Chessa (Sardinia R-esiste).

Paolo Truzzu has already filed his candidacy for the presidency and his program in court. The delegations of Campo largo did the same for Alessandra Todde president and of Sardigna R-esiste for Lucia Chessa . So also the Sardinian Coalition that supports Renato Soru.

"The presentation of the candidacy is the official tool for starting this electoral campaign", Truzzu recalled at the entrance to the court. As for the program, there is obviously particular attention on healthcare : "I believe we absolutely need to start again from local healthcare which has been neglected in the last decade, with a strengthening of territorial facilities." And on transport: «An action has already been taken in this last phase of the legislature on the need to arrive at a modification of territorial continuity and a greater possibility for residents to travel at competitive prices». However, he added, «from this point of view the relationship with the Government is fundamental. Today we are experiencing a difficulty in relations with Europe, after all the other Regions with continuity that works always have the State that accompanies them in negotiations".

Finally, "an overall discussion needs to be made on the issue of energy, renewables, and the ability of local administrations to influence choices." But what will be the underlying theme of the program «is a discussion on the possibility of living in Sardinia, of building a family, of being able to set up a business, of pursuing a profession and entrusting a future to one's children. In general, building a future in this land is the main issue to be addressed."
