After Elly Schlein, Matteo Salvini and Carlo Calenda, other big names in national politics are ready to land in Sardinia for the final rush of the regional election campaign on 25 February.

The center-right aims to deploy the leaders of Fratelli d'Italia, Forza Italia and Lega in Cagliari to support Paolo Truzzu 's candidacy for governor: Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and deputy prime ministers Antonio Tajani and (again) Matteo Salvini would therefore be expected for an electoral event in the capital, barring unforeseen circumstances, on 21 February , or four days before the polls open.

The president of the 5 Star Movement Giuseppe Conte is also expected on the island to give a boost to Alessandra Todde . The leader of the Five Star Movement will arrive on February 15th for three days between Sassari, Nuoro, Oristano and Cagliari.

Also on February 15th and always in support of Todde and the Alleanza Verdi Sinistra , the president of the Italian Left Nichi Vendola will also land in Sardinia. The former governor of Puglia will arrive in Olbia and then visit various locations on the island, where he will remain until Sunday 18th.
