"Sardinian healthcare risks being placed under national administration." This is the scenario presented to the President of the Region Alessandra Todde during the discussion at the Ministry of Economy and which she herself reported to the majority table. Summit convened in the Regional Council, a few hours after the debate on its programmatic declarations.

At the center of the findings raised by the MEF, the failure to transmit, for two years, the data of the island's health system to Agenas, the Ministry agency that deals with monitoring. "It has therefore emerged - explained Todde - that for two years we have not had the availability of the budgets of the Sardinian local health authorities". I expect that the Ministry would have censored enough to consider the administration of a commissioner."

"It is clear - added the Governor - that since we are a Region that pays for healthcare entirely, we want to avoid it".
