The new Regional Council will be reset in the next few hours and on Thursday. This is what emerges from Villa Devoto, where the last session was held with the current Executive .

Meanwhile, the councilors do not hide their displeasure at the idea of not concluding their mandate.

"I cannot deny that I would be sorry because this is the time to complete some things and I would be sorry to leave them unfinished," said Mario Nieddu (Healthcare), the first to cross the gates of Villa Devoto.

«The important thing is that the Council continues to work for the Sardinians, whoever they are. I don't feel my position in the balance», commented Anita Pili (Industry).

Gabriella Murgia (Agriculture) is «serene». «I believe – he explains – that the president's decisions are the right ones. If I don't stay, I continue to do my job in the Region. I would be sorry not to give continuity to the activity carried out in the department by me and my colleagues who have been very responsible in a very critical moment for the Sardinian economy».

For Gianni Chessa (Tourism) «we must remain calm. I'm not worried, I'm elected. I tried to do my best, I don't have the problem of necessarily sitting somewhere. It is a delegation and there may not be a tomorrow but it is the opinion of the citizens that counts ».

Before the last meeting, Valeria Satta (Regional Affairs) said a few words: «I don't expect anything. Only to have this session because the Sardinians are waiting for our resolutions ».
