Quorum far away for the five questions of the referendum on justice promoted by Lega and Radicali. At 7 pm only 14% of citizens went to vote , there is time until 11 pm but it now appears very difficult to reach the quorum of 50%.

When the data on the turnout from about 7,600 municipalities out of the total 7,903 arrived, the quorum was 14.01% for question 1 (Severino law), 13.83% for 2 (limitation of precautionary measures), as well as for 3 (separation of careers). Turnout at 13.76% for question 4 (judges evaluation system), at 13.81% (CSM election system). The figures for Sardinia are even lower, where the turnout is around 10% for all questions.

From 1946 to today there have been 67 abrogative referendums in Italy , the last one - the one on drills in 2016 - stopped at 31.18% of the voters.

These are the five questions of the referendum .
