Applications to the national secretariat "must be submitted by January 28, 2023" , while the national constituent process "will start with an appeal to participate on November 7, 2022".

“ The winning congress - said the secretary - is one in which you don't already know who will win it, it has never happened between us . In all the congresses, when we started we already knew who had won and the challengers did it to hold a flag of position ”.

ATTACKS ON RENZI AND MELONI

“We will always be available to coordinate with the other oppositions, but not to be made fun of or to chase those who have other agendas, that part of the opposition that has already moved its tents alongside the majority. Whoever makes an opposition speech and spends 3/4 of the time speaking ill of the opposition, I think it is a crutch of the majority ”, said Letta, a clear reference to Matteo Renzi's declaration of vote in the Senate.
