Radiolina set Ateneika alight with "The After Class," the most anticipated evening of the university festival, which transformed the Cus di Sa Duchessa into a huge open-air party. The event drew thousands of people, confirming and perhaps even surpassing last year's already impressive numbers.

From 10 pm to 1 am, Luca Carcassi on vocals and entertainment and Manuel Cozzolino on DJ set led the audience on a musical journey spanning different generations, from great classics from the 80s and 90s to Bad Bunny.

But the real added value of the evening was the audience : dedications and stories arrived in real time via Instagram and from the displays displayed in the front rows. Two in particular captivated the crowd. The first was from a student close to graduation, who will defend his thesis on June 24th and who chose to treat himself to an evening of relaxation at Ateneika before his final university sprint. From his colleagues, encouragement heated up the evening. The second message was from a girl who partied on Monday and got married today. This news sparked enthusiasm from the audience, who cheered the traditional "E gi ddas fatta bella" (She's already done well).

Towards the end of the evening, the rhythm gave way to a more intimate and choral atmosphere. The great songs to sing along to arrived, from "50 Special" to Green Day, in an atmosphere almost reminiscent of a summer bonfire, with thousands of voices united under the Cagliari sky.

At the end, phone flashlights were turned on, illuminating the festival area while the strains of "Domo Mea" by Tazenda, which has now become the traditional closing theme, accompanied the greetings and goodbyes.

A success that renews the bond between Radiolina and the university world and an early birthday for Sardinia's leading radio station, which will celebrate its 51st anniversary on June 19th.
