The Juventus fan was identified by the Digos of Turin who last Sunday, during the warm-up at the Allianz Stadium before the match with Milan, targeted the Rossoneri goalkeeper Mike Maignan with a series of racist insults.

The scene was recorded by cameras installed in Allianz Stadium.

The fan, denounced for incitement to racial hatred, is a worker and trade unionist from Rovigo and is a member of the Juventus Club Gaetano Scirea in Castagnaro (Verona), which announced his expulsion.

The Juventus club, anticipating the foreseeable arrival of Daspo, denied him entry to the Stadium.

“As long as racist slurs are treated as isolated incidents and no global action is taken, history is bound to repeat itself over and over again. What do we do to combat racism in stadiums? Do we really believe this is effective? In the rooms that govern football, do the people who make decisions know what it feels like to hear insults and screams that relegate us to the rank of animals? ”, Maignan wrote on Instagram after the episode.

"I'm Mike, standing, black and proud. As long as we can use our voice to change things, we will," his conclusion, in what is a post that went viral.
