Pointing the finger at the regional council led by Alessandra Todde is Fratelli d'Italia , with a note from group leader Paolo Truzzu , who attacks: «Last December 4, the Todde Council had deliberated the nomination of Eugenio Annichiarico and, pending his full ownership of the position, the replacement of the resigning Lorusso with the general director of the presidency, Giovanni Deiana. So far there is no decree from the President and not even that the contract has been signed . Nonetheless, last January 9, Annichiarico was nominated by the Regional Council as a member of the regional expression in the Joint Commission State-Regions , precisely in his capacity as general secretary».
Truzzu has filed an ad hoc question to obtain explanations, because, he adds, «the risk, in the absence of clarifications on the conclusion of the assignment procedure or on its commencement, since no documents can be found on the institutional website, is that of endorsing the content of a resolution that does not correspond to reality».
The regional councilor of the M5S, Alessandro Solinas, in the evening responded to the statements of Truzzu Paolo Truzzu: « Annichiarico was appointed secretary general of the Sardinia Region last December with a resolution of the council », he points out. «In January he was designated by the council as a member of the joint State-Region commission. The designation procedure in this commission, under the jurisdiction of the Region, will be completed with the acknowledgement of the same by the Regional Council and with the sending of the designation to the Minister of Regional Affairs».
"This last act will be transmitted after Annicchiarico takes up his duties," adds Solinas, who details the subsequent steps. "The minister will nominate him to the commission. Therefore, completely correctly and in the designation resolution in the joint commission, Annicchiarico - by virtue of the nomination resolution that has already been passed - has been qualified as secretary general . Truzzu's statements, which confuse the two procedures and the different acts of designation and nomination, are a waste of time."
