"Significant," a meeting in Cagliari with Marcello Fois and his "Memory of the Void"

A packed and engaging cultural program, which rightly begins with a tribute to the great writers of Sardinian literature: the 2026 edition of " Significante ," a festival organized by the Tra Parola e Musica association, continues with new events until March 1st . With a program titled " Retrogas ," based on and dedicated to traditional Sardinian poetry, from 7 pm on Sunday the 18th it will be the turn of the narrative concert based on " Memoria del Vuoto " by Marcello Fois .

The performance will once again be hosted by the Church of San Bartolomeo in the square of the same name in the capital , which was already the scene of the " Prelude " preview on Saturday 10th and the actual opening on Sunday 11th, with the " Scenic Collection dedicated to Sardinia ." In another production by Casa di Suoni e Racconti , Fois's text will be transposed live into music with the artists Anna Brotzu (voice and sound toys) and Andrea Congia (guitar and synthesizers).

" Significante " will continue its narrative concerts in January and February: first with the trip to Vigevano , on Saturday 24th with " Stories of Unknown Saviors " by Giuseppe Deiana and " Accabadora " by Michela Murgia at the Circolo S'Emigradu , then on Sunday 25th to Pavia , again with Deiana's work at the Circolo Sardo Logudoro , which will finally be brought to Milan on Monday 26th , in the Hall of the Oratory of the Madonna della Medaglia Miracolosa . On February 1st we will return to the Island, again at the parish of San Bartolomeo and once again with "Stories of Unknown Saviors", followed on February 8th by " Canne al vento " by Grazia Deledda and on the 22nd by " La Società del Malessere " by Giuseppe Fiori , closing on March 1st with the musical rendition of " Miele Amaro " by Salvatore Cambosu .
