Mariah Carey was sued by Andy Stone on copyright infringement charges. The singer-songwriter is asking for compensation of at least 20 million dollars. The man claims he co-wrote a song of the same name five years earlier and says Mariah Carey used her "popularity" and "style" to make it her own.

The two songs, with the same title, appear musically different, but for Stone the artist - who has not yet responded to the accusations - has caused confusion and has not asked for permission.
