Maxi-disqualification for José Mourinho, currently coach of Fenerbahçe, in Türkiye.
The sports judge of the Turkish Football Federation has handed out a four-match ban to the former Inter and Roma manager for what happened during the Istanbul derby against Galatasaray .
According to the press release, Mourinho was given two games for "racism" , having told the Galatasaray bench members that they were "jumping like monkeys" . The other two days of disqualification are instead related to a phrase considered offensive said by the Special One to the fourth official at the end of the match .
It was Mourinho himself who reported it after the match: «I went to the referee's dressing room after the match, the Turkish fourth official was there and I told him that if he had been the referee it would have been a disaster».
The Istanbul derby, played last Monday, ended 0-0.
