Second day of FestivAlguer, Saturday 17 December, in Alghero , with a visually captivating work that induces us to reflect on learning and memory in relation to artificial intelligence technology.

It is “Pattern Regression”   the highly acclaimed work of the famous London choreographer Alexander Whitley to characterize the second day of the XXth edition of FestivAlguer, the international performing arts festival of the Catalan city, conceived and set up by ExPopTeatr o. An installation of moving lights, created together with digital artist Memo Akten , which reacts automatically to movement, surrounds a dancer and follows and reacts to her movements in real time, establishing a kinetic dialogue between man and machine.

The show, hosted in the spaces of the former Civic Market of Alghero , will involve the spectators in a psychedelic dance. The public will be able to watch the performance - which lasts ten minutes - and then experience the emotion of replacing the dancer and moving within the scenic space. The shows are scheduled at 17, 18 and 19.

Also in this case it will be necessary to book, by contacting the number 349 41 27 271 or by sending an email to expopteatro@gmail.com .
