Following "Solo Pietre" comes "Nassargius," the new documentary film by Muravera-born director Gabriele Carrus. Filmed primarily in Ballao, the film sheds light on river culture and the lives of entire communities, centered precisely on their relationship with the Flumendosa. The director and his entire crew spent nine months in production.

"Nassargius," Carrus emphasized, "will be presented at national and international festivals with the aim of promoting and raising public awareness of environmental issues."

The documentary was created (and also conceived) thanks to the Municipality of Ballao and Mayor Chicco Frongia, who has always been at the forefront of protecting the great river.

The areas affected by filming, in addition to the Municipality of Ballao, are Lotzorai, Seulo, Sedilo, Esterzili, Villagrande Strisaili and Villaputzu.
