Two key voices in Cagliari's songwriting scene are back together again: on Thursday the 26th, the " Marimà " festival curated by Chiara Effe will resume at Su Tzirculu in Cagliari , this time featuring Alberto Sanna and Rubens Massidda in a live concert. The music will begin at 9 pm at the venue on Via Molise 58 , kicking off a new round of local artists, both large and small, performing live every Thursday.

Performing a repertoire of original songs written by Sanna as a duo, the band will feature him on vocals, harmonica, and guitar, while Massidda will handle backing vocals and second guitar. Sanna, a prominent figure on the island scene for over forty years as a rocker, writer, singer, and multi-instrumentalist, has always proven himself an incredible interpreter of the symbols and legends of entire musical generations, often accompanied by his longtime "accomplice" Rubens Massidda .

Massidda himself devoted himself artistically to the guitar from the very beginning as a precocious talent , performing over time both on the island and beyond the Tyrrhenian Sea and participating in numerous musical projects, such as Blues Lee , Diego and Rubens Duo and Free Rock Band . He has also contributed to numerous artists and groups both on stage and in the studio, in an activity that for many years has now been intertwined with that of Sanna , on whose records Massidda has appeared several times as a support act and friend.
