"Dear Union,

in front of the buildings in via Koch, in Cagliari, there is the lower part of the Colle di San Michele.

Following the path that leads to a military fort, arriving at your destination you find yourself in front of a disturbing and indecent spectacle: a carpet of hundreds and hundreds of used and abandoned syringes and various kinds of waste never collected.
You can get there easily and it is a danger for the boys or children of the district who perhaps out of simple curiosity enter this area.

Just yesterday I was talking to some citizens and they are really exasperated by this situation, which has been going on for years and years.
But what are the competent bodies waiting for to reclaim the area?

Thanks for your attention".
