Forced rest for Piero Pelù, who announced on social media the postponement of his Extreme Live 2023 tour due to health problems. To be precise because of the "rocker ears".

«My bad boys, I never wanted to give you this communication but at this point it is inevitable. During a recording session in Milan I suffered a strong acoustic shock from the headphones - writes the Tuscan rocker -. This thing has exacerbated the tinnitus with which I had already lived for many years making them now very aggressive and after various checks, made with the best ENTs in Italy, I received the unanimous communication that I will need forced rest for my rocker ears , therefore, the "Extreme" tour of this summer 2023 will have to be postponed for a few months".

The tour of the former Litfiba frontman has therefore been postponed to 2024, and the concert in Alghero scheduled for August 13, 2023 has also been postponed. If some dates of the new tour have already been communicated, the Sardinians have to wait. The new dates will be communicated by 30 September.

«These are very delicate days for me as I have never given up on any live show, even with broken ribs after my stage diving, but I have to face this new reality with clarity», continues the rocker.

Who then reassures the fans: "Attention, this is not a farewell to the scene but just a goodbye as soon as possible and know that I will take advantage of this special period to advance with the composition and production of the new album which is already giving me great emotions" .
