"Double Degree", in Cagliari a meeting to deepen
A conference on the proposed law which - if approved by Parliament in the coming weeks - will give the possibility to enroll in two degree courses at the same time

The "Double Degree" conference will take place on Friday 8 April at 11 am in the Rectorate's Aula magna in via Università 40 in Cagliari. After the institutional greetings of the Rector of the university of the Sardinian capital Francesco Mola, the parliamentarians Alessandro Fusacchia, deputy and speaker of the "Double Degree" bill, and Luca Toccalini, member of the Science, Culture and Education Commission of the Chamber of Deputies, will speak, which will illustrate the new legislation.
This is the law proposal which - if approved by Parliament in the coming weeks - will give the possibility to enroll at the same time in two degree courses, compatibly with attendance at lessons, a hypothesis currently excluded by a 1933 regulation.
This will be followed by contributions from Aurora Cogliandro, director of the Cagliari Conservatory, Ignazio Efisio Putzu, Vice Rector for Didactics, and Alessandra Carucci, Vice Rector for Internationalization, on the theme "New opportunities for higher education".
The last session is entrusted to Maurizio de Pascale, president of Confindustria Sardegna, Francesco Feliziani, director of the Regional School Office, and Alessandra Argiolas, entrepreneur and member of the University's board of directors, who will discuss "Orientation, new skills and professions of the future ".
Before the conclusions, space for discussion between the parliamentarians and the representatives of the students.
