"Dear Union,

I write as the mother of boys who are forced every day, like many others, to use super crowded means of transport.

I am referring to the Arst means of the Carbonia-Portoscuso section, but I know that the situation is similar in other areas of the island and of Italy.

Every day, in particular, at 13.30 in the intermodal center of Carbonia all the high school students flock ... all crowded to be able to find a seat.

So, at least in the case of my children, a journey that lasts approximately 45 minutes between vehicles that fail continuously, windows that do not open, drivers often forced to keep the tailgate open because there is no breathing ... all in spite of the anti Covid regulations that we know well.

Is this the way to get our young people back to school safely?

Thanks for your attention"
