Now it's official: Roberto Tola's latest single entitled " Bossa Amor " is nominated for the Latin Grammy Awards .

The 25th edition will be held in Miami on November 14, 2024, in the prestigious Kaseya Center. The song competes for the Latin Grammy in the Best Song and Best Recording of the Year categories.

To give an idea of the popularity and importance of the award, it is enough to remember that among the winners there are Santana, Shakira, Alejandro Sanz and Paco de Lucia.

"It seems rhetorical to say it, but for me it is already an important achievement to be among the candidates" said the guitarist and composer from Sassari, already winner of several awards in the USA with previous albums and singles, which are also still in the top 100 of various international radio stations , like those of Austria and the Philippines.

In the song “Bossa Amor” which oscillates between jazz and bossa nova, in addition to Tola, the Italian-Argentine pianist Luciano De Rosa, the drummer Lucio Cheli, also Italian-Argentine, and the Polish bassist Maciek Szczyciński also play.
