"Autumn sustainability", away from Lake Baratz to the exhibition dedicated to the environment

Five appointments to talk, listen and think about how we can actually live in a more responsible way towards the environment.

The new edition of the "Sustainability in Autumn" exhibition , conceived and promoted by the Environment and Public Green sector of the Municipality of Sassari , starts from Lake Baratz on 18 November.

The initiatives promoted by Ceas Lago Baratz dedicated to the young citizens of Sassari but also to adults who still have the desire to get involved were designed in this spirit.

Two workshops, on 18 November and 16 December , for which it will be possible to register: the construction of small feeders to help birds in the winter period and the creation of Christmas decorations with recycled materials.

There will also be two events dedicated to the climate during which there will be a discussion on the prospects for change and adaptation to the changing climate. On November 30, in the premises of Largo Infermeria San Pietro, starting from 5.30 pm, the new climate profile of Sassari and the possible change scenarios that can also occur in our city will be presented. On the evening of December 5th, in the municipal library in Piazza Tola, at 5.30pm there will be the opportunity to tackle a journey of stories and readings on climate change .

The fifth appointment is set for November 21st, on National Tree Day, established as a national anniversary in February 2013. In the Li Punti district, at 3.30 pm inside the Solidarity Park, 100 new trees dedicated to children born in the year 2022. In this way we want to draw attention to the indispensable role that each tree plays for the ecosystem and the cycle of life.
