The exhibition “Come eravamo” (As We Were) will be inaugurated tomorrow at 6 pm , as part of the celebrations for the Holy Family in Olbia, in the parish premises. It is curated by the photographer Antonio Satta and the Argonauti association, which will include it as an integral part of the programme of the “Storie di un attimo” festival next autumn.

The images recount the evolution and simultaneous growth of the neighborhood and parish from the 1950s to the present , a project strongly supported by the parish priest, Don Andrea Raffatellu, who has accompanied that growth. The neighborhood, which originated on the southern shores of the gulf, is now one of the most populous in the city and is partially undergoing a major redevelopment project. Among the photos is the construction of the church designed by Vico Mossa.

This isn't the only event strongly rooted in local identity. On Friday at 9 pm, Simplicio Usai will recount the neighborhood's ancient place names , and immediately afterwards, during the Olbia festival, featuring many local artists and presented by Maria Pintore, the "Questa mia città" brand will be unveiled . And Saturday's highlight is also a true Olbia staple, with a stop on the Collage Rinasco tour .

For religious events, masses will be held every day from today at 7 pm, with a procession on Sunday at 6 pm followed by a Eucharistic concelebration presided over by the parish priest, Don Andrea Raffatellu.
