yesterday morning I went to the Court in Oristano and I was able to stop in the small park that is located in the immediate vicinity.

This garden, which is also opposite a large school, was full of waste.

I was also able to notice how a garbage worker had passed just before my stop, but he did not empty the bins.

I realize that there are uncivilized but neglect in this public space is really too evident.
