OUR HISTORY
The Brundu family's entrepreneurship dates back to 1923, when they began milling durum wheat. Sebastiano Brundu, thanks to his mechanical experience in the aeronautical field, introduced the use of electricity and convinced the family to invest in the brand new high-tech mills. This first step represented an anticipation of the great innovative spirit that still characterizes the Brundu family today.
From that moment on, Brundu's leadership was consolidated, with the creation of five technological systems. The long experience in the semolina production sector pushed the third generation of the family to complete the durum wheat supply chain, thus entering the world of pasta with an exclusive, high quality product, made with the best durum wheat semolina and with wire drawing. slow bronze drying.
The fourth generation has taken over the helm of the company and its mission is to bring the Brundu brand to the world, taking advantage of past experiences and modern technologies.
