Purchase of durable goods, strong North-South gap: Sassari lags behind on household appliances and telephony

Strong gap between North and South in the purchase of durable goods , with the Sardinian provinces which in some cases are also lagging behind.
The data emerges from the Findomestic Observatory survey, carried out in collaboration with Prometeia.
Modena (3,482 euros per family), Trento (3,459 euros) and Monza-Brianza (3,392 euros) are the three Italian provinces with the highest average spending per family in the purchase of durable goods in 2021. The North dominates the top positions, followed by Biella (3,342 euros) and Verona (3,288) in fourth and fifth position. Cagliari is however the first province of the South, in 75th place in Italy with an expense of 2,404 euros per family .
In Sassari an average of 2 thousand euros is not reached, it stops at 1,990 and is in the last places in the ranking closed by Enna (1,818 euros) and Crotone (1,711).
In the household appliances segment at the bottom of the ranking led by Bolzano (340 euros per family) and Trento (329) are Oristano and Sassari .
As for telephony, Sassari is still last , with an average expenditure of 143 euros per household, in the ranking led by Savona (285 euros), Biella (284) and Milan (281).
