Three champions born of each other after a quarter of a century, three left-handed players who have written the history of football: but there is not only the most beautiful game in the world, in "La milonga del futbol" - the last show by Federico Buffa, the journalist who invented sports storytelling – in that hour and a half of the show there is all the desire for redemption of an entire population.

In the splendid setting of the Roman theater of Nora, Federico Buffa returned to Pula to tell the stories of Omar Sivori, Diego Armando Maradona and Lionel Messi. Accompanied by maestro Alessandro Nidi, who with the notes of his piano made the plots of the characters evoked even more exciting; and by the talented singer Mascia Foschi, who brought a vast repertoire of songs in Spanish to the stage, Buffa enchanted the audience as she already did last year with the show "Italia mundial".

In the end football is only the metaphor of life, used to tell about Italian immigration to South America, but also to recall Perón's rise to power, the horrors of Videla's dictatorship, but above all to talk about the social redemption that came after a difficult childhood.

From the journey of Renato Cesarini, who left as a child in 1908 from the port of Genoa to Buenos Aires, up to the present day with Lionel Messi, there is over a century of history of two sister countries such as Italy and Argentina : there are many unpublished anecdotes about the characters who have written the history of this sport, there is all the love for futbol.
