Pubblicitas announces the signing of an agreement for the complete digital transformation of the new FASS Shopping Centre in Elmas , set to become the largest shopping center in Sardinia. This innovative space will combine international shops, a vast food court, services, and areas dedicated to entertainment and leisure. The project is closely linked to green spaces, thanks to the creation of a large park designed to improve quality of life and encourage social interaction.
An ambitious project born from the synergy with two leading companies in the sector:
- Tecnovision Ledwall , one of the leading Italian manufacturers of professional LED technologies;
- Fluidnext , an advanced platform for the management and distribution of digital content.
Thanks to the exclusive concession signed with Villa del Mas Srl, the promoter and developer of the Center, Pubblicitas will create and manage the entire digital communications system for the FASS Shopping Center. This ecosystem will center on the largest indoor LED wall tower in Sardinia , a true visual landmark, flanked by a network of digital totems that will guide visitors along the mall's main flow.
A technological structure designed to transform spaces into experiences:
- immersive and contemporary for visitors,
- dynamic and high-impact for brands,
- integrated and versatile for the Center's institutional communications.
The exclusive management of the facilities – planned for a renewable 10-year period – will also include the creation of special 3D content, designed to make messages, events, anniversaries, and key moments in the Center's life unique.
