Accused of stealing precious objects kept inside a locker of a lady, an aggravated theft accused of the accused who presented himself in the courtroom before the judge and the prosecutor, the defense and defense lawyer accusation.

A real "simulated trial" at the Paglietti Higher Institute of Porto Torres planned as part of the education project of the Ministry of Education, carried out in collaboration with the "Enzo Tortora" Criminal Chamber of Sassari.

This is how the great hall was transformed into a real courtroom in which the students wore robes to simulate a criminal trial under the supervision of the lawyers Maria Grazia Sanna, Silvia Ferraris, Marina Canu, Marcello Masia.

The students of various classes of Nautical and Smat, coordinated by teachers Alberta Giua, Davide Fanni and Patrizia Ceraulo, became active protagonists of an interesting teaching methodology, a Role Playing, a real game of roles, which in the role of actors punctually played a part: judge, chancellor, prosecutor, accused with his defender, and the prosecution and defense tests.

The trial ended with the acquittal of the accused: the charge had not been proven beyond all reasonable doubt. And if the court has presented itself at the school, then it will be the boys who will cross the threshold of the doors of the Palace of Justice to witness live a criminal trial in which their exciting interpretation will be reflected.
