Get ready for an explosion of overwhelming comedy: Pino e gli Anticorpi return to their homeland with the show Zeitgeist – Lo spirito dei tempi… comici. Saturday, March 22, at the Auditorium of the Conservatory of Cagliari there will be the first Sardinian stop of the duo's national theater tour: here the show will be recorded to become a television special that will be broadcast free-to-air and in streaming at the end of the tour.

From Italian stages to social media, from TV to cinema, Michele and Stefano Manca – aka Pino e gli Anticorpi – continue to conquer the public with their surreal and irresistible comedy. The tour, which started from the Teatro Manzoni in Milan, has already touched Turin, Rome, Bologna, Palermo, Modena, Latina, Bari, Brindisi, Barletta and Lecce, always with an enthusiastic audience.

Thirty years of career, yet their energy is that of the beginning. They have trod the stage throughout Europe, trained in the best acting and clowning schools between Paris and Spain, have written books, taught entertainment and brought their comedy to the big screen with the films Bianco di Babbudoiu and Come se non ci fosse un domani.

Zeitgeist thus becomes a journey through different styles of comedy. Cabaret, clowns, lightning-fast monologues, vaudeville and the classic “comedian-sidekick” duo come together in a perfect blend, capable of representing the very essence of making people laugh. On stage, alongside them, the musician Giovanni Arru, for a show that is a true kaleidoscope of humor and human madness.

Because laughing is a serious thing. And with Pino e gli Anticorpi, it is also irresistible.
