The official announcement of the regional commission for the congress has arrived: the regional primaries of the Pd were won by Piero Comandini . Despite having obtained fewer votes than Giuseppe Meloni , the vice president of the regional council has however totaled a greater number of delegates from the regional assembly : 66 against the contender's 64 . The commission made its decision this afternoon at the end of a meeting convened to summarize the votes - in the light of all the minutes from the sections - and proceed with the assignment of seats. In total , Comandini took 15,527 preferences , Meloni instead reached 18,581.

The Cagliari district made the difference on the final result, which alone has 44 delegates: 29 go to Comandini, 15 to Meloni. The certification of the outcome of Olbia-Tempio , Meloni's stronghold, was eagerly awaited, which expresses 13 delegates: 12 are from Meloni and 1 from Comandini. The delegate then assigned to the secretary was immediately challenged by Meloni's supporters. If the latter had finished with a 13-0 score, the match would have ended in perfect parity (65-65) and the secretary would have been Giuseppe Meloni due to the number of votes obtained.

As for the other circumscriptions: of the 12 delegates from Oristano , 7 go to Comandini and 5 to Meloni; of the 8 in Medio Campidano , 6 are by Comandini and 2 by Meloni; of the 27 in Sassari , 12 are by Comandini and 15 by Meloni; of the 4 in Ogliastra , 2 in Comandini and 2 in Meloni; of the 12 from Nuoro , 3 from Comandini and 9 from Meloni; of the 10 from Sulcis – Iglesiente , 6 are from Comandini and 4 from Meloni.
