In the afternoon, the Palio di Santu Bainzu began in Porto Torres , the ring race featuring 21 riders grappling with skill and precision, along the 350-metre long strip of sand that from the Aragonese Tower reaches Piazza degli Eroi dell' Wave. After six years, the event that has reached its sixth edition returns in grand style, a historical re-enactment of the traditional Palio that took place in the Turritan city in the 1950s.

Then space for the race with three descents for each of the riders who will have to hit the rings placed at the top of the track.
