The idea is that in the 2025/26 season Dinamo and the fans can finally enjoy a renovated and expanded stadium with a capacity of 6,000 spectators . This morning in the club house of the biancoblù club, Rosanna Arru, councilor for public works and the management of sports facilities, announced: «The municipal administration of Sassari has decided to confirm the use of the PalaSerradimigni at Dinamo for the next three seasons and we take charge of the energy costs».

Then asked about the expected end of the works that began in July 2020, the councilor replied: «The works are long, we are now in the tender phase for the second step and considering the bureaucratic times and the fact that Dinamo is training and playing, it will take another two seasons ».

In short, the end of the works continues to be postponed , which in the first phase made it possible to make the facility safe and now envisage the expansion of the capacity to 6,000 seats, even if on the matter of seats in recent years there has also been a ballet of figures that left doubters and bewildered. The Giunta Campus had to find other funds (thanks also to the Sardinia region) to maintain the original project, bringing the figure to just over 13 million , three times that initially foreseen by the previous administration.

In the meantime, the president Stefano Sardara assured: «We will work to try to make the building more livable, certainly the collaboration of the Municipality is precious».
