They announced it last week and reiterated it this morning: the 26 social health workers who worked in the Cagliari ASL during the pandemic, but who today find themselves without stable employment, have pitched their tents under the Regional Council building in Via Roma in Cagliari .
"The garrison will be permanent, at least until - said Gianfranco Angioni, regional representative of USB health - the workers get answers. We are not scared, but we camp and sleep here, until they understand that you can't live without working".
The 26 Oss are included in a priority stabilization ranking: «This means that they have the requirements matured during the Covid period, but they are not hired on a permanent basis despite the existence of a ranking with 137 suitable candidates from which they were excluded», explains Angioni who does not hide his bitterness for «having received from the institutions we have only received promises».
