Agriculture as a laboratory for innovation and sustainability, looking to the future but firmly rooted in the land of our ancestors. The digital challenge and the rebirth of Sardinian breeds, the fight against climate change and biodiversity, courage and sacrifice are highlighted in Coldiretti Giovani Impresa's 2025 Green Oscars, which honored five entrepreneurs under 40.

Amid the scent of the earth and the ferment of ideas, with the participation of young agricultural entrepreneurs from across Sardinia, industry experts, Coldiretti executives, and institutional representatives, Oscar Green was a day dedicated not only to the awards ceremony, but also to discussion.

The categories – Five categories, ten finalists, and five winners. The winners, presented by an all-youth audience including Coldiretti Giovani representatives from all over the island, conquered the stage in Ussana, and those taking home the win were: Simone Angioni (Chiocciolhelix Farm, Quartu) in the Campagna Amica category, a biodiversity guardian; Antonella and Maria Giovanna Puliga (Puliga Farm, Buddusò) in the Digital and Sustainable Enterprise category; Gabriele Comina (Comunità Il Seme Onlus social cooperative, Oristano) in the Coltiviamo Insieme category; Beatrice Foddis (Foddis Farm, Tertenia), who will also be Sardinia's finalist for the national Oscar Green phase, in the Agri-Influencer category; and Marco Ghiani ("A Modo Nostro," Laconi) in the Più Impresa category.

Discussion – "Discussion with young people is essential," emphasizes Battista Cualbu, regional president of Coldiretti. "Today, ten companies reached the finals, but there are many more who work passionately in the fields every day. The future is now; take it into your own hands and have the courage to make choices that will lead you toward modern and economically, socially, and environmentally sustainable agriculture."
